Payment

Projects start once payment, or the agreed deposit, is confirmed. Larger projects can be split across milestones.

Revisions

Each package lists its revisions. Extra changes outside the agreed scope are quoted before work begins.

Refunds

If work has not started, you can cancel for a full refund. After work starts, refunds are pro-rated to the work delivered.
