• How often do you update my website?Plugins, themes and the core are checked and updated every week, after a backup. Each update is tested so the site keeps working.
• Can you make small changes every month?Yes. Priority support includes small edits such as text, images, new team members or a new section. Bigger work, like a new page design, is quoted first.
• Do you send a report?Yes. You get a short monthly report with updates done, backups, uptime, security checks and anything I fixed or recommend.
• Can you look after a website someone else built?Yes. I start with a check of the site, its plugins, hosting and backups, tell you what needs fixing, and then take it over on a plan.
• Can I cancel a maintenance plan?Yes. Plans run month to month or year to year. You can stop before the next period starts and you keep everything on your site.
