• Do I need hosting and a domain before we start?No. If you already have them, I can use them. If not, I can recommend a reliable host and help you register the domain in your own name.
• Can you move my website to a new host or platform?Yes. A migration moves your site to a new host or to WordPress or Shopify with no downtime and with redirects mapped, so you keep your Google rankings.
• Will you keep my current URLs when you redesign?Yes, wherever possible. When an address has to change, I add a 301 redirect map so visitors and Google land on the right page and your rankings are protected.
• Who owns the website when it is finished?You do. The domain, hosting, files, content and logins are in your name. I hand over every access when the project is paid.
• Which hosting do you recommend?It depends on the site. For most WordPress business sites I recommend a managed host with daily backups and good support. I explain the options and costs before you buy…
• Can you set up my business email?Yes. I can set up email on your domain with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and add the records that stop your emails landing in spam.
